Things you're probably wondering

How quickly can we get going?
We start the discovery within 3 working days of you saying yes. Your campaign goes live within 7–10 working days from there. From handshake to first replies in your inbox is typically two weeks.
Who'll be on our account?
You'll have one main point of contact (your Client Success Manager) and a Campaign Manager running things day-to-day. Behind them sits our nurturing, data, and compliance team, but you only deal with the two named people. You won't get bounced around an agency.
How much input do we have on the cold emails?
You sign off on every email before it sends. We write the first draft based on the discovery session, you review, we iterate. Nothing goes out in your name without your approval. And we'll never send anything that doesn't sound like you.
What do we need to provide?
A 60-minute discovery call upfront, a few details about your offer and target market, and roughly an hour a week of your time afterwards, mostly approving copy and reviewing weekly updates. We do the heavy lifting.
What does the weekly reporting look like?
A weekly performance report from your Campaign Manager covering reply rates, conversation quality, and what's being adjusted. Plus a live dashboard you can check anytime: every reply, every prospect, every data point.
Who owns the data and contacts?
You do. Everything generated during the pilot or retainer (lists, copy, replies, contacts) is yours. We don't lock you in.
